HEY BEAUTIFUL!!!

I MISSED yall with all my little heart… YES I DID! Did I tell you just how much it means to me to know that you guys are reading the blog and interested in what I am all about. Recently I have been reminded that lots of folks do find their way to this blog and I need to be a little more mindful of the thoughts I share. Now beautiful don’t worry I still plan to be the Warren that you all respect and love! The stories will still be interesting and funny so don’t worry about that either! Hair and makeup is my passion and sometimes it can seem like I am just having fun. The bottom line is this is my livelihood and I must consider the client. OK OK OK enough of the serious stuff lets get down to business. What have I been up to? I have been doing a lot assisting in NYC with @JohnnyLavoy, working in DC, and healing from surgery. Johnny is the bestest boss ever! He is SO SPECIAL TO ME ON SO MANY LEVELS and I am so thankful to have him as a friend! I have also been contacting some potential clients about some amazing opportunities (let’s pray). Researching my gift more and more each day has been keeping me busy. I just completed an interview with the AMAZING @TiaDantzler which I shall post soon. Tia was very moved by the interview and HONEY so was I. Mother Dantzler is a BEAUTIFUL spirit and a TRUE Artist not afraid to share all she knows!!! WE LOVE HER! Finally I did a shoot once again with Yulia G. and we tried to turn it out again. We felt like we were not getting the look in the 1st shoot and actually I think we did. WHAT DO YOU THINK??? The 1st look was the natural beauty and the 2nd look is goth edgy 60’s bob you know what I like!!!

Warren B. Paints LeToya Luckett!!! Get INTO THE MUG HONEY!!!

As many of you MAY know I had the chance to work with the beautiful and talented Miss LeToya Luckett. All praises to the Father for continuing to bless me and preparing me for my destiny. Special thanks to a dear mentor and friend MR AJ Crimson for giving me yet another chance to share his world. Not too many artists just send you on assignments like that so YES I am FOREVER grateful for AJ’s continued support. LeToya was a jewel to work with and when God sends me my own celebrity clients I pray they are all just as real and joyful as she was. Although the exchange for words was few I felt right at home with her and her entourage. Letoya has crazy amazing skin which made my life so easy. This day was totally a dream come true for me and I trust that it is only a taste of what God has in store for me!!! MAY HE CONTINUE TO SHOWER blessings on me as I will continue to chase the Dream!!! YALL GOTTA buy LeToya’s NEW CD OMG it is SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! I just gave my sister her copy today with a list of my favorite songs. We were both laughing at how almost EVERY track is my favorite! I LOVE BEAUTY AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE MUSIC!!! When the New Chrisette came out I knew from 1st listen she had something. TRUST ME ON this one honey this LeToya Luckett Album IS NO JOKE TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Thanks AGAIN AJ and LeToya for considering ME! Final Thought: Kissable Couture has a new lip gloss for LeToya named after the album “Lady Love” Lip gloss plus the cd will be the BEST 30+ dollars you EVER SPENT!!! YOU still trusting ME??? Its real I wont lead you wrong!!! YALL BE BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Shouts out to Tony V. a local photographer whom I have been dying to work with! Sadly I did not do makeup on this set. It was all good my girl Meagan held that down. I was able to focus and rock out some tresses for the evening. I enjoyed the shoot. OH yeah and MY GIRL TASHA styled the shit out of this chick hontee!!! HOPE YOU LIKE MY HAIR!!!!!

I am so happy to be able to share some cute stuff I created recently. Thank God for the gift to create and “beautify”… without beauty I would be nothing. Thank God for models with good skin and hair which helps make my job so much easier! Thank God for an AMAZING photographer Yulia G. she too has been touched by the hand of the creator!! Thank GOD for friends and mentors who have helped me to tame this twisted gift!!! Thank GOD for chemistry and understanding which is the foundation of any shoot. AMEN!!! As you know it is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with Yulia and the edgy and talented models she likes to work with. I appreciate her for giving me the freedom to creatively oversee the look from hair to makeup to styling. With Yulia there is ALWAYS something interesting to look forward to! Hope you guys enjoy our work for the International Contemporary Fashion Exhibit.
